Hudson Real Estate Funds will make up to $60,000,000 in corporate term loans to Flushing Square LLC.
Flushing Square LLC, a New York limited liability company, is the owner of the property of the RKO Keith Theater, located at 135-35 Northern Boulevard and 35-24 Farrington Street, Flushing, Queen, New York. The corporate term loans will be used by Flushing Square LLC to preserve, renovate and re-develop the RKO Keith Theater into an approximately 405,095 square feet, 16 story mixed use building featuring approximately 269 condominiums, 23,373 square feet retail space, a 15,857 square foot community facility and 325 parking spaces.
Hudson Real Estate Funds have a network of real estate developers and investors across the global. Hudson Real Estate Funds have created various investment vehicles through which investors worldwide can invest in real estate, including EB-5 funds.
